PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING
These veils are made to order, and we know that you want a perfect match, so we've recently changed our policy on ordering a
veil with a colored edge. In the past, brides have told us the color they are looking for and we've sent samples, but we've come
to learn that that's like finding a needle in a haystack...
So to help us make your veil, we request:
- That you email us first with your name, date of wedding and color that you are looking for
- Next, send us a sample of the color that you want to match. If you don't have a sample swatch to send us, we recommend
going to a fabric store and finding a spool of thread that is a match, and email us with the brand of thread and the color number
- We will then gather samples and mail them to you for your approval before making the veil
A colored edge veil is considered custom order and isn't returnable. If you choose to order a veil with
a colored edge without going through the color verification process, please understand that it will not be returnable.
A few things to keep in mind:
It can take 8-21 days after we have the color match to make your veil, as we may have to order special colors, sizes, etc.
