Ordering and Shipping Information

**At this time, we only ship within the USA and Canada**

We are located in New Hampshire, and we sent our shipments via USPS and UPS. Expedited shipping is available, and we do our best to ship it out, but please note that you MAY NOT get it overnight, if it's something that has to be made to order or is out of stock. Also, there may be a $20 fee for rush production if it's something we don't have in stock. Please call or email us if you would like to know if an item is in stock before you order.


We do our best to ship items out within 24 hours, but sometimes that not possible if an item is on backorder. We update our website with backorder information, but once in awhile, stock on an item may run out before we can get it listed. If something is on backorder, we'll email you to let you know. If the timeframe of the item's availability doesn't work for you, we can refund or money or credit what you've paid towards another style.
