How do I place an order online?
Ordering is easy! Just select your favorite items, add them to your shopping cart and click "view cart" where it will take you to your shopping cart. Enter your Zip code, and a drop down box will display the costs for different shipping methods.

ORDERING AND SHIPPING

What are my payment options?
Wedding-Veil-Shop.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover credit cards, as well as debit cards. Our payment Processor is Paypal, one of the safest ways to pay online! You DO NOT need to have a Paypal account to pay. Just click on the "Don't have a Paypal account link?" and that's where you can enter your credit card information. We also accept cashiers checks, money orders and personal checks. All orders paid by personal check will be processed once the check clears. E-check payments must also clear before we ship your order.

What is the currency for all prices?
All prices listed on our Wedding-Veil-Shop.com's website are in US Dollars.

Do you charge state sales tax?
We are located in New Hampshire, and New Hampshire is one of the few states that doesn't charge Sales Tax.

Can I order by telephone?
Yes! Simply call 1-603-664-3888 and we will take your information over the phone.

What about Wedding-Veil-Shop.com's product availability?
Wedding-Veil-Shop.com stocks a lot of the items on our website. If an item is on backorder, we'll note that in the product description. Sometimes, however, items sell out faster than we can get the website updated, so we will notify you if an item you ordered is on backorder. If it's unavailable, we can offer you a substitute, hold your order until the item is available again, or refund your money.

When will my order ship?
Processing time (pulling and packaging your order; customizing it, if requested) plus shipping time = delivery time. Each order is processed within 2-5 business days. In the case of a made-to-order veil or custom veil, production time will usually take 6 business days. Additional information on production is noted on the item page, so be sure to check before ordering.

Will I receive an email confirmation of my order and tracking information?
Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped, we'll send an email with either the USPS Delivery confirmation number, or the UPS tracking number.

How do I change or cancel my order?
Please let us know as soon as possible. Because we strive to ship quickly, we need to know if there are changes. If the change to your order means additional shipping costs or rush fees, we'll email you with an invoice for the additional costs. We'll need to receive the payment before we can ship the order.

Can you put a "rush" on my order?
If you need your items quickly, we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Some rush orders may incur a $20 rush fee. We'll let you know at the time you request a rush on an order is the fee applies.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are not returnable. If you have a question about if a particular item is considered a custom order or not, please email us.


RETURN POLICY


What is your refund and exchange policy?
Yes, we accept returns or exchanges! If you are not happy with your purchase, just return the item within 40 days in new, unused condition for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Please email us first to let us know that you will be making a return. For a more detailed explanation, please see our Return Policy here.

What if I receive a damaged, defective or missing item?
No one likes getting damaged items in the mail, or not getting something you ordered! Please let us know within 24 hours of your receipt of your package, and we will rectify the problem.

How long before I receive my refund?
All refunds are processed upon inspection of items. Once your returned items have been processed, a credit should post to your credit card (minus any shipping fees you incurred on your original order) within 3-5 business days, depending upon the policies of your credit card company.

Do you charge restocking fees?
If you wait longer than 40 days to notify us regarding the return of your items, your order may be subject to restocking fees. Please email us with the details of your return request, if it's after the 40 day time period.

Do you offer samples?
We offer free sample swatches of veiling fabric because we understand that it's sometimes difficult to match colors from a computer screen! Just go to the Free Veil Swatch Page to request a sample.

Do you have a printed catalog?
